The John Nallen-trained Minella Rockett (7/2) was a last-gasp winner of the TRM Bioactive Energy Boost Handicap for jockey Raeese Holahan, who has enjoyed a successful return from injury in the last few weeks. The three-year-old son of New Bay was a gutsy winner in the Galway Festival, and back up to a mile and a quarter, showed that he has stamina in reserves as he chased down the Aidan O’Brien-trained Port of Spain to get up right on the line in what is a third success in a row.

The Jessica Harrington-trained Wie Wunderbar (7/1) was a gutsy winner of the Harts Group Apprentice Handicap for jockey Keithan Kennedy.

The Willie McCreery-trained Steel Magnolia (7/2 JF) was an easy winner of the Big EVS at Tally Ho Handicap by three and three-quarters of a length, giving her trainer and jockey Billy Lee a double on the day at Naas.
