Further showers are forecast for today and an eight-race Flat card gets under way at 1.25pm Downpatrick stages the second leg of their two-day fixture and it's yielding, yielding to soft in places following a dry night with fresh ground on the hurdle/bumper track. It's set to remain mainly dry today with a possibility of showers and the first of seven races is off at 1.45pm. Looking to midweek, Wexford race over fences on Tuesday afternoon and over hurdles the following evening and the ground is still good. There's a mixed forecast and watering continues.
