Clonmel racecourse remains unfit for racing with the situation being monitored in the coming days ahead of its rescheduled fixture next Thursday.

Racing had been cancelled at the track last Thursday and currently remains unfit for racing. However the forecast predicts drier and milder weather from Tuesday onwards, although the situation is being monitored.

Navan, which races tomorrow, has received 17mm of rain overnight with the doing remaining heavy. There is a further 10-15mm of rain forecast throughout today and it is set to clear tonight.

Leopardstown — which races on Sunday and Monday, received 14mm of rain overnight with the going on the hurdle course being 'soft to heavy' and on 'soft' on the chase track.
