Going updates Today’s Irish racing comes from Fairyhouse with an eight-race card on the Flat. The ground is good, good to firm in places and the forecast is for a warm and dry day. It’s drying up again at the Curragh ahead of the three-day Irish Derby meeting which begins tomorrow. The ground is good with some good to firm places on the round course. Selective watering will take place this morning with high temperatures forecast. There is a possibility of showers overnight. Tipperary race over jumps on Friday and, after a dry night, they’re watering to maintain the going which is currently good to yielding. Leopardstown race again next Wednesday, July 1st and it’s good to firm at the moment. It’s set to be dry and bright there today and tomorrow but rain, heavy at times, is forecast for Friday night into Saturday.
