Going updates Racing continues at Galway today with an eight-race jumps card getting under way at 12.40pm. The going is now soft, heavy in places for today’s National Hunt action after 5mm of overnight rain. Further showers, 5-7mm (approx.), are forecast throughout today with tomorrow set to be mainly dry. It’s currently heavy on the Flat course at Ballybrit for tomorrow’s meeting. Wexford has the first of a two-day fixture today and, following 12mm of overnight rain, it’s now soft to heavy ground with a mainly dry forecast. The first of seven races goes to post at 1.00pm.
