Going updates Thurles stages its first jumps card of the season today and the ground is Soft following 34mm of rain since declarations. Sunny spells and scattered showers are forecast and the first of seven races gets under way at 1.40pm. Following 34mm of rain overnight, Leopardstown is now Soft to Heavy. The forecast is for drizzle today/tomorrow with heavier rain (15-20mm approx) prior to racing on Saturday. Saturday and Sunday are set to be mainly dry. Following a further 18mm of rain, Limerick is now Soft to Heavy on the chase course and Heavy, Soft to Heavy in places on both hurdle courses.
