Some of the leading Irish juveniles of last season, including Power Blue, True Love and Pierre Bonnard, start out on their three-year-old campaigns on a cracking card at Leopardstown this afternoon.

A seven-race programme featuring a pair of Guineas trials and the Ballysax Stakes, which always sheds plenty of light on the Derby picture, gets under way at 2.05pm.

Following a dry day, the ground remains good to yielding and the forecast is for sunshine and showers.

There is jumping action from Down Royal where the first of seven races is off at 1.55pm.

Following 8mm of rain, selective watering & windy day yesterday, the ground remains good, good to yielding in places.

It's set to be windy again with the possibility of light rain (1-3mm approx) this morning.
