Golan gallop delayed Plans to gallop Vodafone Derby favourite Golan at Newmarket racecourse today had to be shelved.Golan`s trainer, Sir Michael Stoute, reached a decision that the strong wind was drying the ground out too much to risk his charge.'He may gallop tomorrow, but we haven`t decided,' he said.The Sagitta 2000 Guineas winner had been due to work on the track after the third race at the meeting.Stoute`s other Derby candidate Dilshaan, the mount of Johnny Murtagh, showed his well-being in his final serious piece of work before the Derby.He did all that was asked of him over seven furlongs on the Newmarket gallops this morning.There were no supplementary entries for the Derby following today`s noon deadline.
