Good Bye Milan delights Scott in Gowran A Snow White Park was a very warm order at 4/5f for the first division of the extended two-miles-three-furlongs but she was outgunned by Good Bye Milan in a new headgear combination. The favourite was always close to the pace and was left in the lead when Doyen Og departed two out. Good Bye Milan had followed A Snow Park through, though, and pounced after two out to head her. She readily asserted racing to the last and powered home along the run-in to strike by six and a half lengths in the hands of Alan O'Sullivan. She was backed from an opening show of 40/1 down to 18/1. She sported a tongue-strap and cheekpieces combination for the first time A Snow White Park, who was seeking a four-timer after three chase victories, had to settle for second and was just under three lengths ahead of Certosa (20/1). Gillian Scott said: "That was a little bit of a surprise. I'm so happy for the owners, John and Mary Neville, who are family friends. They own the land where Ballysteen point-to-point is on. "They've brought her back from injury, swimming her, and doing the whole lot. They asked me would I take her and I said I would. "It's just taken her a couple of runs to get her back into the swing of things again. "Alan gave her a brilliant ride there. "I don't know will she go on very deep ground. That ground there today is beautiful." Additional reporting by John O'Riordan
