Good Fortune At Newbury

Jimmy Fortune was the man to follow at Newbury yesterday when he completed a 233-1 treble.

Fortune, in luck in the final three races, kicked off his winning run aboard Dance Partner (7-1) in the cantorspreadfair.com Fillies´ Handicap.

He then steered the Brian Meehan-trained Pugilist (9-4) to victory 30 minutes later in the first division of the Cantor Spreadfair Maiden Stakes.

Fortune made it a trio on Meehan´s Admiral´s Cruise (8-1) in the second division.
