Gowran moved to next Friday Gowran Park will get a third chance to hold their Thyestes meeting next Friday after HRI announced that the card has been transferred to January 28th. The meeting was originally scheduled for Thursday but was postponed until today in an effort to give it every chance to beat the frost. Unfortunately an inspection this morning led to the cancellation and HRI have now given the Kilkenny track a new date. There will be fresh entries for the meeting closing at noon on Tuesday with declarations on Thursday. The featured Connolly's Red Mills Thyestes Handicap Chase will revert to original entries with fresh forfeits to be made by noon on Tuesday.
