Gowran Park inspection There will be an inspection of the course at Gowran Park at 8.30am on Tuesday morning to determine if the following day's meeting can take place. The inspection has been called due to an adverse weather forecast. The track is currently raceable and the going is heavy. Turf Club press officer Cliff Noone said: "They really want to make a decision one way or another before declaration time on Tuesday. "The situation is not great as the forecast is unsettled, with lots of rain forecast and also the possibility of sleet and snow."
