Gowran ready for action Gowran Park is ready for action despite foggy conditions. The County Kilkenny venue is currently fit for racing and the situation will be continually monitored. Clerk of the Course Paddy Graffin reports conditions have "improved a bit from earlier this morning". He added, "The fog may not totally lift all day but at present conditions are perfectly fit to race. There is a furlong of good visibility and hopefully it will continue to improve." The IRIS tracking camera will be in use this afternoon where a seven race card is set to commence at 12.45pm.
