The ground has eased at the Curragh following 2mm of rain overnight at the Kildare venue.

The going is now soft, yielding in places on the straight course and yielding on the round track.

Light showers are forecast for today with the action kicking off at 2.00pm.

The festival kicks off at Listowel today and the ground is heavy, soft in places (NH) and heavy (Flat).

There was 3mm of rain overnight at the Kerry venue. The forecast is for showers, heavy at times, today and then remaining unsettled.

The hurdle and bumper races at Listowel today will be run on the outer track. The two chases will be run on the inner track.

Punters going to Listowel are advised that the Knocklong to Kilmallock road is closed due to roadworks.
