Ground firms up at Navan Following a sunny day on Saturday the going at Navan is now described as Good, Good to Firm in places. At declaration time on Friday morning the going was Good to Yielding, Good in places. Four horses have been withdrawn this morning due to this change in the going. With another hot and sunny day in prospect the ground can be expected to dry further as the day progresses. The going for the National Hunt meeting at Killarney remains Good as the course was watered yesterday.
