Following a dry 24 hours Cork remains soft to heavy ahead of this afternoon's jumps card.

It is set to be mainly dry today with the possibility of a scattered shower.

Those travelling to Cork are advised that a portion of the N73 between Kildorrery and Mallow will be closed for works for an extensive period. Diversions are in place and extra time should be allowed.

Following 5mm of rain since entries Navan remains heavy ahead of their card on Saturday.
