The ground remains heavy at Gowran Park ahead of the action this afternoon.

The course, which had to pass an inspection yesterday having been waterlogged on Thursday, received 5mm of rain overnight.

Action gets underway at 1.45pm for the seven-race Flat fixture.

Cork also stage a Flat card tomorrow and the ground remains heavy after 3mm of rain overnight.
