Ground unchanged at Leopardstown The ground remains yielding, soft in places at Leopardstown ahead of the Christmas festival which gets underway on Friday. The forecast is for rain in all areas today but it is set to be mainly dry tomorrow and Thursday. The ground is also unchanged at Down Royal, where racing takes place on St Stephen's Day. The going at the northern venue is currently soft. Limerick is soft, soft to heavy in places on the chase course and soft to heavy, heavy in places on the hurdle track. The course received 2.5mm of rain overnight and more rain is forecast for today.
