Halo tries over fences again Paul Nicholls feels Celestial Halo is ready to set the record straight when he is sent back over fences at Newbury on Friday. Last season's Champion Hurdle fourth made an inauspicious chasing debut at Exeter in October when falling four out. The Andy Stewart-owned six-year-old has since impressed in his home-work, though, and is one of five contenders for the Grade Two Fuller's London Pride Novices' Chase. Nicholls said: "He's done an awful lot of schooling although, to be fair to him, he jumped very well at Exeter and it was just a silly mistake. "Noel (Fehily) came and sat on him this week and win, lose or draw we're just looking for a clear round." Standing in Celestial Halo's way this time are On Borrowed Wings, Cois Farraig, Erzen and Spirit River.
