Jessica Harrington recorded her first 'turf' winner of the season when Vega's Muse landed the Leopardstown Members Handicap this afternoon.

The Lope Ve Dega filly led over a furlong from home, under Keithen Kennedy, and soon asserted.

She went on to post a cosy two-and-a-half length winning margin over Fixation

The 11/1 winner had scored at Killarney last August before finishing her 2025 campaign with a placed effort at Bellewstown.

“She took a while last year to get going and get her mind the right way,” said Harrington.

“She came on last autumn, she won and then had a good run. She didn’t grow much over the winter but she strengthened up a lot.

“She likes that sort of ground, no extremes. I don’t think she’d go on firm or very heavy.

“She could turn up again on Wednesday, we’ll see how she is.

“I think she’ll definitely progress as a four-year-old.”
