Heavy Going for both Sunday Meetings The latest Going reports issued by the Turf Club this morning describe the ground at both Limerick and the Curragh as Heavy. Limerick had been Soft to Heavy at declaration time on Friday but following 6mm of rain overnight the course is now Heavy. There is the chance of further showers at the course today. The Curragh which was Soft on Friday but revised to Heavy on Saturday sustained a further 9.2mm of rain on Saturday so there are likely to be particularly testing conditions for this afternoon's racing. No more rain is forecast for the Kildare area today.
