Hobbs has Punchestown aim for Kay Philip Hobbs has the Punchestown Festival as the long-term aim for his classy mare Copper Kay. A winner of three of her four starts in bumpers, including in a Listed race at Cheltenham last month, her only defeat came at Sandown last season behind Babylone Des Motte and the same race is on her horizon once more. "Copper Kay was very impressive at Cheltenham," said Hobbs. "She will be kept to bumpers this season and will not run again until the Listed mares' bumper at Sandown on the Saturday before the Cheltenham Festival. "All being well, she could then head on to Aintree before going over to Punchestown."
