HORS TO MISS ISTABRAQ CLASH Hors La Loi III, runner-up to Istabraq in last year`s Smurfit Champion Hurdle, will not be taking on his old rival at Leopardstown next Sunday. The ex-French gelding has been ruled out of both the AIG (Europe) Irish Champion Hurdle and the Red Square Energising Champion Hurdle Trial at Haydock the previous day.Hors La Loi III was pulled up on his seasonal debut in the Bula Hurdle at Cheltenham last month - his first race since owner Paul Green switched the six-year-old to James Fanshawe`s Newmarket stable from Francois Doumen in France.'Hors La Loi will not run in Ireland or at Haydock next weekend as he`s still a bit burly and James (Fanshawe, trainer) still has a fair bit to do with him,' said Green.'He may run in the Cleeve Hurdle at Cheltenham towards the end of this month or the Agfa Hurdle at Sandown the following week. We`ve always said that Cheltenham in March would be his target and that`s what we are working towards.'
