Huntingdon to honour Edredon Bleu Bosses at Huntingdon are planning to name a race after Edredon Bleu, it emerged today.News of the honour came as the popular gelding prepares to bid for an unprecedented fourth success in the valuable BBA Peterborough Chase at the course on Saturday.The track wants to honour the gelding by staging a novice chase at one of its February meetings in the run-up to the Cheltenham Festival.Talks have been held with the horse`s owner Jim Lewis and it is hoped to finalise arrangements as soon as possible.Racecourse manager Jim Allen said: 'It is 99 per cent definite. The race will probably be prior to the Festival _ a decent race which could be won by the Edredon Bleu of the future.'Edredon Bleu, who won the Queen Mother Champion Chase at Cheltenham last year and is the 3-1 favourite with Coral for the 2002 running, is a popular draw at Huntingdon.
