In-foal No Niki No like an old hand around Tramore Chris Hayes kept a bit up his sleeve on front-runner No Niki No who took the fillies' handicap on Tramore's card at 5/1. The nine-year-old mare was smartly into stride on her first visit to this venue and had them stacked in behind racing into the final three furlongs. Hayes asked her for more approaching the home bend and she was game in pulling out extra for him. The pursuers could make no inroads deep in the final furlong and No Niki No swept home by three lengths for trainer Eoghan O'Neill. La Dame Blanche was best of the rest in second at 14/1. This was No Niki No's third career success with the others coming at Sligo and Leopardstown. Hayes said: "She's a great ride around here. She has gate speed, is nimble underneath you and pricked her ears when she got to the front. You'd swear she'd been around here 100 times because she was changing her lead, giving herself a bit of room and then cutting the bends. "I don't know what the plans are from now, but she's in-foal and I presume they are going to run out of time shortly. "You could draw a line through her Sligo run (12th in May) because she got into a speed duel. The two of them were taking each other on from flag fall. It was her first run of the year and she cried wolf halfway down the back. "She took a step forward today and that was nice. "I was meant to ride her last year at this meeting, but it got called off so we were rewarded in the end." Additional reporting by Donal Murphy
