Injuries update According to Turf Club Medical Officer Adrian McGoldrick jockey “Barry Geraghty is recovering from a very large haematoma on his left thigh and will be out of action for a week or ten days.” McGoldrick also confirmed that Andrew Leigh is currently waiting on results of an x-ray at Blanchardstown, with a suspected fracture to his left wrist. Amateur riders Jack Quinlan and Padraig Roche, meanwhile, both have suspected fractures to each of their left wrists following falls in the opening KFM Hunters Chase at the track today.
