Instagram Giveaway - John Durkan Memorial Punchestown Chase 2023 Tickets Rules The Organizer of the Giveaway The organizer of this Instagram giveaway (the ,,Giveaway”) which is free of charge is Better Collective A/S, Sankt Ann? Plads 28, 1250 Copenhagen K, Denmark (DK), owner of irishracing.com (the “Organizer”, “we”, “us”, “our”). Eligibility Participants must be over 18 years old to be eligible to participate. The Giveaway is open to residents of Ireland and the United Kingdom. By taking part in the Giveaway, Participants must consent and fully accept the Giveaway Rules and the Privacy Policy. Employees and freelancers hired by the Organizer, directly or through intermediary companies, are not allowed to participate in the Giveaway. Start and Closing date The Giveaway starts on 19/10/2023. The Giveaway shall end on 24/10/2023. How to participate Participating in the Giveaway is completely free of charge. In order to participate in the Giveaway you (“Participant”, “User”, “you”, “your”) need to follow, like and comment on a relevant Instagram Giveaway post published on https://www.instagram.com/irishracing_com/ One Participant will receive a prize. Winner will be drawn randomly, the name of the winner will be announced publicly via our Instagram account post and the Organizer will contact him/her to organise the handover of the prizes. Prizes Prize will be the John Durkan Memorial Punchestown Chase 2023 free tickets (two tickets). Winner will be chosen by random draw. In case the winner is not eligible to receive the prize the random draw will be taken again. The Organisers of the Giveaway will contact the Winner to arrange the handover of the prize. Winner will have a maximum of four (4) days to provide the Organiser with necessary information for handover of the prize. In case Winner fails to provide the necessary info in prescribed time his win will be voided and other Winner will be randomly selected. The Organizer will hand over the prize in a maximum of 14 days via email after settling and verifying it. Prize is non-exchangeable, non-transferable and no alternative is offered. It is the Winners' responsibility to report the winnings to the tax authorities if required to do so by the law. The Instagram username of the prize Winner will be published in our Instagram profile. Participants will be given the opportunity to object to their information being published by sending an email at cthomas@bettercollective.com. Personal data For the purpose of your successful participation in the Giveaway, we have to process your Instagram username. The processing is necessary to distinguish you from other Participants and to publicly announce the winners of the Giveaway due to transparency reasons. We will also process your email address, for the purpose of contacting you in case of winning. Your email address may be processed for sending you newsletter if you choose to subscribe. In case that you would be the Winner of this Giveaway, we will ask you to provide your email address, for the purpose of delivering you the prize. Breach of Rules If a Participant violates Giveaway rules or uses inappropriate behaviour within the comments section, he/she will be punished at our sole discretion. Punishments include disqualification from Giveaway, warnings about conduct, temporary bans for participation. The extent of a punishment is determined by the severity of the offence and if the Participant is a repeat offender. Cases are judged on individual merit and decisions made by the Organizer are final and should be respected. Request for clarification/complaints Any issues or doubts which have no clear guidelines in the above rules will be dealt with at the discretion of the Organizer’s administration. Any legal disputes that may arise are subject to the Danish law and will be settled by the competent courts of Denmark.
