With no racing in Ireland until Wednesday, several horses are due to cross the Irish Sea to run at Catterick tomorrow.

Ballymagee represents northern trainer Caroline McCaldin in the class 4 novices' hurdle over an extended two miles three furlongs.

This five-year-old gelding fell two out in a Kirkistown point-to-point last month when travelling well in a close third. Noel McParlan takes the ride.

McCaldin and McParlan also team up with Ballymist in the concluding bumper.

The pick of his form came when he was runner-up in a Portrush point-to-point in October.

Another northern trainer, Ronan McNally, has hat-trick-seeking Vee Dancer in the extended three mile one handicap hurdle.

He runs under a 7lb penalty after a comfortable success at long odds-on in a handicap hurdle over a similar trip at Hereford on Saturday.

Vee Dancer holds a couple of engagements at Leicester on Wednesday, and has further options at Ffos Las on Thursday and Uttoxeter on Friday.
