Jancis is on her way to Canada for the E.P. Taylor Stakes at Woodbine on Saturday week.

The Willie McCreery-trained filly was a Group 2 winner at Newmarket in early May and connections travel further afield now in an attempt to add a top-level success.

She was last seen finishing fifth behind Blue Bolt in the Falmouth Stakes at Newmarket, having previously chased home Andrew Balding's star filly at Ascot.

“She's just getting on the boat before flying out to Canada, for the EP Taylor on Saturday week. Hopefully everything goes well,” McCreery reported at Navan on Wednesday.

“Arturo (Cousino) is very keen to go for that. Hector Berrios will ride her.

“All the good fillies are going to the Matron. When you have Blue Bolt and Aidan (O'Brien's), you are fighting for third or fourth spot there.

“At this time of year, the weather can break out there, but I'm hoping for firm ground

“She'd love that ground, it can't be firm enough for her.”
