Java to miss Oaks Henry Cecil will be without a runner in the Vodafone Oaks after the Newmarket trainer ruled Java out of the fillies` Classic.The daughter of Rainbow Quest, who was beaten at Nottingham on her one run to date, had been earmarked to have her prep for the Epsom showpiece at Haydock today but that plan was scrapped due to the rain-softened ground.'The plan was always to give her another race if she was to go for the Oaks,' Cecil told the Racing Post. 'But unfortunately there isn`t a suitable race beforehand and we`ve run out of time.'The ground has come up too soft for her at Haydock and her sister Fiji hated it.'It`s unfortunate we can`t run her in the Oaks but it is a long season and there are plenty of other alternatives.'
