Kennedy looking forward to Dunboyne in Thyestes Red-hot jockey Jack Kennedy is looking forward to the ride on Dunboyne in the Goffs Thyestes Chase at Gowran Park on Thursday. The Yeats gelding was narrowly denied in the three-mile-one contest last year, going down by a short-head to Carefully Selected. Gordon Elliott's charge gained his only success over fences when scoring at the track back in November 2022 and Kennedy is hoping for another big showing from the nine-year-old. Kennedy, fresh from a four-timer at Down Royal on Tuesday, said:- "The weights went up, so I'm looking forward to Dunboyne. "He was just touched off in the race last year and he likes it around there. "I won on him around there early in the year last season, so hopefully he runs well."
