Kinane decision delayed A Dublin High Court hearing of Michael Kinane`s injunction against the Irish Turf Club has been delayed seven days and will not now be heard until August 22.The jockey secured the ride on Aidan O`Brien`s Galileo at the 11th-hour after a dash to the High Court 15 days ago resulted in him being granted an injunction against a two-day ban ruling him out of the King George VI And Queen Elizabeth Diamond Stakes at Ascot.Kinane had earlier in the day failed in his bid to get the suspension _ picked up at Leopardstown last month _ overturned at appeal.Kinane`s solicitor Andrew Coonan told the Racing Post: 'Two days ago in the High Court the matter was adjourned until August 22 to allow the defendants, the Turf Club, more time to put in their affidavit.'If the Turf Club is to contest the injunction, they put in a replying affidavit.'The judge then makes his decision on whether the injunction should remain in place, pending a hearing.'
