La Touche Cup to be part of European Cross Country Series The Avon Ri La Touche Cup at the Punchestown Festival in 2010 is to become part of a new European Series of ten races called the Crystal Cup. The ten race series run in six different countries - France, Belgium, Italy, The Czech Republic, Britain and Ireland - will have a combined prize fund of over €700,000. The most successful stable at the end of the series will win the Crystal Cup and collect and additional €10,000. Points will be awarded to the first six finishers in each leg of the series with extra points for foreign trained runners.
