Latest Exhibition to wait for Fairyhouse Paul Nolan's Grade 1 winning hurdler Latest Exhibition is set to bypass Cheltenham as the trainer opts instead to target the Fairyhouse Easter Festival with his luckless gelding. The eight year old has won five and finished second six times in his 11 race career and has chased home Willie Mullins' Monkfish on each of his last two runs at Leopardstown. Nolan has indicated that Latest Exhibition will now avoid another clash with that star novice and says “Latest Exhibition is unlikely to go to Cheltenham unless a few come out for whatever reason. “I’d say we’ll go to Fairyhouse with him for either the Grade 1 (Underwriting Exchange Gold Cup Novice Chase) or the Irish National.” Nolan will still be represented at Cheltenham however and adds “Mrs Milner will go for the Pertemps Final. She was second at Cheltenham (in November) and the English handicapper gave her 4lb but our handicapper gave her 8lb.” “She was fourth in the Qualifier at Leopardstown’s Christmas meeting “She did a bit of work the other day and went well so she will definitely run.”
