Leopardstown passes course inspection

Following an inspection this morning, the track at Leopardstown is fit for racing and the fixture scheduled for today, Wednesday 10 April goes ahead. The ground remains heavy and the first race is due off at 1.15pm.

Lorcan Wyer, IHRB Clerk of the Course at Leopardstown said: “Following an inspection this morning, the track at Leopardstown is fit for racing and the fixture scheduled for today will go ahead.

“With no measurable rainfall overnight, the ground is heavy. The forecast for today is for patchy rain this morning which could bring between 2-5mm and is to clear early this afternoon. The rail today is set from the innermost Flat line.”
