Leopardstown update The course at Leopardstown was inspected this afternoon. Overnight frost had not cleared from some sections of both the chase and hurdle courses. However, with a forecast of an improvement in daytime temperatures for both Saturday and Sunday management are optimistic that Sunday’s meeting featuring the BHP Insurance Irish Champion Hurdle will go ahead as scheduled on Sunday 23rd January. The ground is currently described as ‘Soft’ and the condition of the track will be monitored on an ongoing basis.
