Listowel likely for Tellthemnuttin Tellthemnuttin could bid to bounce back from her disappointing effort at the Galway Festival on the final day of the Harvest Festival at Listowel on Saturday week. The daughter of Shantou has been a fine servant to trainer Willie Codd, winning on six occasions. After seeing his mare claim successive victories at Wexford and Down Royal in May, the County Wexford-based trainer was expecting her to put up a bold show in the two-mile-seven-furlong handicap hurdle on the penultimate day at Galway, but she was pulled up after jumping just six flights. Codd said: "We will just have to put her Galway run down to a bad day at the office. She seemed pretty OK after the race, she had a few little nicks that she got somewhere during the race, but there was nothing major. "We just gave her a bit of break for a week to 10 days and we hope to go to Listowel next week. There is a two-and-a-half-mile race for her on the Saturday there. "She was in great form going to Galway. The ground did end up a lot softer there than I'd imagined it'd be, but I couldn't blame the ground because she was beaten way too early. "Her jockey (JJ Slevin) felt that something may have happened to her at the second hurdle. He thought she might have struck into herself or landed awkwardly. "We'll just have to put a line through it and move on to the next day."
