Londonofficecallin remains unbeaten around Killarney Londonofficecallin scores for the eleventh time in his career, continuing Gavin Cromwell's good run in the Tote Guarantee, Never Beaten By SP Handicap Hurdle at Killarney. The 8/1 shot had been mixing it between chasing and flat races in recent starts, but to no avail since his flat win in the Cork Derby at the start of the season. Positioned in third, under Eoin Staples, for the first two circuits of this race, he jumped to dispute the lead at the third-last. Although hanging left from two out, the In Bounds Syndicate's grey kept going forward and asserted up the run-in to score by a length and a half from the staying-on Jupiter Du Gite (11/4F), who made up a lot of ground in the straight. Magnor Glory (33/1) was two lengths further back in third. Feidhlim Cunningham (part-owner) enthused how, "He has been some servant. We picked him up for small money and have never had a pay a bill for him, as that's 11 wins now. He won the Cork Derby earlier in the year and picked up another decent pot here. "He gives his all, he tries and has given the (eight-member) syndicate a great buzz all the way. "Gavin (Cromwell) is back in form after a rough patch and the horse loves this course, and is three-from-three around here. He comes alive down here." Additional reporting by Thomas Weekes.
