Loosen loads up for Powers Henry de Bromhead is hopeful of a good showing from Loosen My Load in Sunday's Powers Gold Cup at Fairyhouse. The Alan Potts-owned gelding is bidding to reverse Cheltenham form with Noble Prince, having finished third to that rival in the Jewson Chase. The Waterford-based trainer admits his charge has something to find on form, having also finished behind Realt Dubh at Leopardstown, but is happy to let his charge take his chance in the €90,000. "He's in great form but he might be slightly up against it with a few of the lads in it," said de Bromhead. "We'll take our chance. It's a valuable race and a great race to run in. "He'll love the ground and seems in good form. So long as he gives a good account of himself we'll be happy." Gary Carson
