David Marnane is hoping Tomarlo can hit the mark at Dundalk tonight after some solid efforts at the course in recent months.

The Iffraaj gelding has been knocking on the door with two placed efforts and also finishing fourth twice.

Rebecca Parsons takes 10lb off his back this evening leaving the three-year-old with a feather weight of 8-6.

"Rebecca is going to ride him, she is a good girl in the yard - she is a very good rider. She just doesn't get many opportunities and she is down with us,” said Marnane.

"She was telling me he is 12lb off the second bottom-weight, so he'll think he is loose!

"He will actually suit her as he jumps and travels."
