McGuinness sketches plans for A Case Of You Summer came early at Bellewstown yesterday and amongst those enjoying a glorious afternoon on 'The Hill' was trainer Ado McGuinness. The Lusk handler, who got on the scoresheet when Lariat won a division of the 1m6f handicap, had an update on his stable star A Case Of You. The Prix de l'Abbaye and Al Quoz Sprint winner was featured in the race title for the 5f handicap on yesterday's card. "We have him in the Greenlands (May 21st at the Curragh)- he might run and he might not, we'll see. Then he'll definitely go to (Royal) Ascot - he is going to run once in Ascot, he is not going to run twice. We are not being greedy, I find that if you try and do two you kill him for the year. "He'll go back and do Paris, he'll do the Flying Five and then go to the Breeders' Cup (fifth at Del Mar last year). I've got my invitation, fingers crossed, for the Breeders' Cup! "He's been great (since the Al Quoz), we've had to ride him out because he got so fresh and he's back cantering away. He did a full canter today and we are very happy with him. "It's just something you dream of - I won more money in Dubai on that Saturday night than I did for the whole Flat season last year!" When asked if he thought there was more in him, he replied: "Oh definitely, I think he will improve. I'm very happy with him." Additional reporting by Michael Graham
