Meade has two chances in Cork Grand National Noel Meade has issued a warning around the participation of one of his two entries in Sunday’s Paddy Power Cork Grand National, but confirmed that the other will take his chance in the 3m 4f contest. The Meath handler's Idas Boy, who was last seen in action when pulling up in a Grade 2 novices’ event at Punchestown last November, has been installed as 13-2 second favourite behind 6-1 Royal Thief, while Everglow, who was fourth in a handicap chase at Fairyhouse on Irish Grand National day in April, is a 16-1 chance with the race sponsor. But despite being a much shorter price than his stable companion, Idas Boy is not a certain runner.
