Meade hoping for good run from Vista Noel Meade is hoping Prima Vista can finally break his duck over fences in the Flyingbolt Novice Chase at Navan on Tuesday. The eight-year-old has yet to strike in five races since switching to the bigger obstacles in November. Prima Vista has put in several respectable efforts, including behind such smart performers as Aupcharlie, Alderwood and Lord Windermere. "The season has gone on for so long now I don't just want to win a beginners' chase with him," said Meade. "If he's going to win a chase now it may as well be a decent one, so that's why he's running. He's a much better horse on a decent surface but of course we haven't had one yet. "There were so few runners in this we thought we may as well take our chance and support the race. "He made a bad mistake the last day which cost him and you never know, he might be well handicapped come the spring for a nice race if the ground ever dries up." Twinlight notched up a hat-trick of successes over fences in the first half of the campaign and returns after landing a Grade Two contest at Punchestown in November. While trainer Willie Mullins thinks the six-year-old faces a stiff task with a 6lb penalty, he is expecting a decent show. "It's going to be a tough race for Twinlight with his penalty. However, he has shown he's a tougher horse this year," said the Co Carlow handler. "He will handle the ground and he likes the trip." Buckers Bridge, Dedigout and Cootamunda make up the five-strong field.
