Mighty Man goes to Huntingdon Mighty Man has just four rivals as he bids to follow up his debut success over fences in the three-mile Huntingdon Novices' Chase at the Cambridgeshire track on Wednesday. The injury-plagued Grade One-winning staying hurdler pleased his trainer Henry Daly with a stylish victory over Forest Pennant six weeks ago. Although Daly admits the ground will be far from ideal, he dearly wants to get another run into the 10-year-old. "I think it's all about more experience for him. As long as he jumps like he did at Hereford I shall he delighted," said the Shropshire handler. "The ground won't be ideal - I don't think it will be that much different to what it was at Hereford when it was soft, but he wants better ground. Needs must." Nicky Henderson has declared the lightly-raced Viking Rebel, who was last seen on the track 21 months ago when trained by Nicky Richards and will be having his first outing over the bigger obstacles. Alan King's Starburst Diamond, Charlie Mann's Sullumo and Jonathan Geake's Beware Chalk Pit complete the quintet.
