'More rain the better' for Art Obsession Paul Midgley is hoping the heavens open for Art Obsession ahead of his intended outing in the Irish Stallion Farms EBF 'Bold Lad' Sprint Handicap at the Curragh on Sunday. The North Yorkshire handler is looking forward to running the six-year-old in this six-furlong handicap but feels his chance would be enhanced by rain-softened ground. "He's in the Bold Lad. The more rain that comes the better for him. He's in great form," Midgley told At The Races. "He ran well in the Great St Wilfrid consolation on ground that was quick enough for him. It's fingers crossed."
