Much to look forward to for Jessica Harrington team Millisle didn't come up to expectations in the Qipco 1000 Guineas Stakes at Newmarket yesterday but there's much to look forward to for the Jessica Harrington team. One of the market leaders at 4/1, Millisle couldn't keep a good early spot under Oisin Murphy. She did keep on at the same pace without threatening in the final furlong and the daughter of Starspangledbanner can surely build on a near ten length seventh effort behind hugely impressive victor, Love. The boss at Commonstown Stables won't be able to attend racing as a 70-plus, however that won't be an issue and she explained: "I've no problem with that. "If the price of getting racing going again is that people like me stay away from the course, then I will willingly pay it. "People have asked me has the last few months been frustrating? No it has not, what is happening to racing is happening to every yard. If it was just my stable had a problem - then, yes, you might bang a fist on the table. "But we're all in this together, with two months of the Flat season lost, but there are much bigger problems in the rest of the world than just us not being able to run horses." Looking ahead Mrs Harrington said on the Paddy Power podcast, From The Horse's Mouth: “The plan is for Albigna to go to the Curragh for the Irish 1,000 Guineas and Alpine Star to go to the Coronation Stakes in Ascot. "I’m going to run Valeria Messalina — she’s going to go to the Irish Guineas and Cayenne Pepper is probably going to run first time out in a mile and a quarter Oaks trial because the Oaks is her aim. “I’m very confident of her getting the Oaks trip. She’s by Australia and is definitely one we always thought would stay.”
