Murphy eyes Group Two for Only Mine Joe Murphy has big plans for Only Mine after she just came up short when trying her win a second Group race in a week on Saturday. The previous Sunday she had won the Lacken Stakes in such good style connections rolled the dice again and she took on her elders in the Ballyogan Stakes. Not disgraced in finishing third to Mick Channon's Divine, she has now earned a short rest. "She'll probably have a little break now," Murphy told At The Races. "She'll get plenty of entries but there's not a lot for her at the moment as she'll have to carry a penalty against older horses. "We'll probably step her up to a Group Two, maybe the Flying Five, something like the (British Champions) Sprint at Ascot with a bit of juice in the ground might suit at the end of the season. "Carrying a penalty against older horses is quite tough for a three-year-old filly. "She's never been out of the money over six furlongs, it's only when we've tried to stretch her out over seven she's disappointed. "Coming back to five with her is something we'd like to see and she'll be a lovely filly next year, hopefully maybe she'll be a Group One sprinter."
