Danny Murphy is planning a summer campaign with Prairie Girl after her winter was ended by injury at Dundalk.

The Mehmas filly won three times on the all-weather before a sub-par effort at the track in February.

It later transpired that she had suffered a slight injury that day and she has been recuperating since.

Black Type Ambitions Following Milltown Recovery

"Poor old Prairie got hurt the last time she ran," said Murphy.

"We had a little setback, so we sent her back to Jim Ryan to Milltown Stud Farm. He said it to me only yesterday how well she is and how happy she is.

"I'm looking forward to getting her out for the summer.

"We might try to get a little bit of Listed placed or something, black type if we could."
