Naas 12pm inspection tomorrow There will be a precautionary 12pm inspection at Naas tomorrow to determine if racing can go ahead as scheduled on Thursday, with the course currently unraceable. Clerk of the Course Brendan Sheridan reports “the going at Naas remains yielding to soft and the track is currently unraceable. Due to the current weather forecast from Met Eireann we will have a precautionary inspection at 12pm on Wednesday.” Thurles is due to race on Sunday with the ground currently yielding and fit to race at present but Fairyhouse and Navan, scheduled for Saturday and Sunday respectively, are both currently unraceable. The weather is forecast to remain cold for the next few days with improvement expected towards the weekend.
