Naas Graded races transferred

The meeting which was scheduled for Naas yesterday (Sunday 21st February) but was cancelled due to a covering of snow on the track will not be rescheduled. However, Horse Racing Ireland have announced that the three Graded races will be transferred to the under mentioned meetings:

The Nas Na Riogh Novice Steeplechase (Grade 2) over 2m 4 furlongs will now be held at Thurles on Friday 26th February as Race 351G. Fresh entries will close for this race by 12 noon tomorrow (Tuesday) 23rd February with declarations to run to be made by 10am on Thursday 25th February.

The Johnstown Novice Hurdle (Grade 2) over 2 miles will now be held at Navan on Saturday 27th February as Race 35H. Fresh entries will close for this race by 12 noon tomorrow (Tuesday) 23rd February with declarations to run to be made by 10am on Friday 26th February.

The Newlands Steeplechase (Grade 2) over 2 miles will now be held at Leopardstown on Sunday 28th February as Race 37H. The distance of this race will be two miles and one furlong and fresh entries will close for this race by 12 noon tomorrow (Tuesday) 23rd February with declarations to run to be made by 10am on Friday 26th February.

Also at Leopardstown on Sunday, the Ladbrokes Cheltenham Bumper SeriesPro-Am Flat Race (Race 37G) is now an I.N.H. Flat race for four, five, six and seven years old only that have not won more than two INH Flat Races or National Hunt Flat Races and not as previously published.
